    Veracity HIGHWIRE Powerstar

    Identify the base-side and camera-side devices

    HIGHWIRE Powerstar devices carry Ethernet and PoE over compatible existing coaxial cabling for IP-camera installations. The base-side and camera-side devices have different roles and must be matched appropriately. Base 4 has four coax connections, an RJ45 Gigabit uplink and an SFP socket. Available power and distance depend on the cable, power supply and connected devices; consult the matching model documentation.
