Compatible with two writing modes: CLV (Constant Linear Velocity - ideal for video recording) and CAV (Constant Angular Velocity - ideal for fast random access data recording), Verbatim DVD+R discs can be recorded on DVD+R/+RW PC drives or DVD+R/+RW set-top video recorders. Verbatim DVD+R discs are available in both DVD jewel cases and DVD video tall boxes, allowing users an easy way to distinguish between discs used for computer storage and those used to store movies and videos.
