How do you print on these?

You need an inkjet printer capable of printing on disc media. Epson's Artisan line, some Canon's and some Brother printers do this. I use a Brother MFC-J8700W.

The process usually involves a small tray included with the printer. The tray feeds into the front of the printer.

If a printer is capable of printing on discs, it will most assuredly list this as a function in it's online description or prominently on the box if you're shopping brick and mortar.

Question 2

Do these discs have text on the hub such as, "verbatim" or "CD-R" or "700MB"  on the center hub? I am looking a silver non-hub printable cd-r that does not have branding, text or logos on the center hub.

Accepted Answer

The center hub is a transparent circle with tiny random serial numbers near the hole circumference, with NO mention of 700mb or CD-R or anything of that nature.  The top of the disk is a silver color, while the readable side is transparent.  There's no branding text or logos on the center hub, just tiny little numbers that all professional disks have for just about any production- a random small serial number that says:  NI06R109D8042083C2 
the numbers are so tiny and transparent, that one would need a microscope to see them.
