Can I backup my computer with these disks? Computer say 32Gb for restore disk?

I don't see why not. The disc holds 50gb. The only thing is you need a bluray burner and reader otherwise you have no way of burning or reading the disc. Also, these don't burn nearly as fast as a standard dvd disc.
