Would i be able to plug Chromecast into this to watch Netflix/Amazon Video?

I would say yes, I have a Logitech Google TV, dish network receiver and a bluray player going to AV receiver and from the AV receiver to a spliter sending the signal to a tv and this projector.

Is it wireless capable and will it project up to 140 Inches( diagonal)????

No, its not wireless, yes it can easily project 140 inches, however it may be a little dark, not too much though.
