u just have to check the slot type your mother board has and the alot type this chip is. i cnt look at all the specs right now im at qork uaing my phone but i thinkvthia chip was a slot 16.

Would this card be sufficient to drive two HDMI monitors (Samsung Smart TVs)?

Yes. I have a 50 inch Samsung and a 42 inch samsung, both with hdmi input ports and they run flawlessly with this card. U may have to play with the software to get optimal configurations and settings,  but the card works well.

Where do you plug in for CrossfireX if I'm using 2 video cards?

As I cannot find a Crossfire connector on this card and that  I am not using more than video card. I would suggest contacting VisionTek Techincal Support. @ one eight sixty six eighty eight three fifty four eleven

As their website states that the card is Crossfire capable, 
though they state that the motherboard needs to be crossfire capable.

does this video card support sound?

This card touts 3 individual audio processors, 1 for each video channel. This doesn't mean you can get 3 different streams on three different TVs. It simply means that if you are using all 3 connections then all 3 will get audio from the PC.

Pci-e yes it will, just make sure you have a PSU at least 735W and enough case room the card is just shy of 12" long

We hooked to HDMI cables and monitors to card output.  Don't know if another graphics card can stay active, but I doubt it.

I see that this card supports 4k UHD, does it support it at 60 hz or only lower?

Short answer, no.  Longer version: At 4096x2160 it will only do 24hz. at 3840x2160 it will do 30hz..  4096 looks way better than 3840! especially on a 65" screen, smaller screens might be better, but what's the point?!?
For most static applications, web surfing, word, excel, etc it works great. There is some flickering when panning & zooming maps. Full screen video isn't very good , small windows are ok. If you want full screen video, I wouldn't use a computer, IMHO. All in all, for standard computer apps, this card looks awesome on a 65" 4k TV, but It might not be what you want if you are running videos.

Further clarification on the audio capabilities please.

Does the HDMI output multi-channel audio, such as Dolby Digital, dts, Dolby TrueHD, 5.1 or 7.1 channel audio?  I currently use my computer to play Blu-ray, and run the HDMI to a receiver for the sound before it goes to the display.

For future upgrades to 4K, I'd like to keep the HD audio running through HDMI if possible.

As I understand it it will pass audio through HDMI with the Nvidia High Definition Audio Drivers but it is not the GPUs job to process the audio.  That would be dependent on the Blu-ray sending audio information to the Onboard sound/Soundcard which would have to process the audio then pass it through the Gpu's HDMI output.
