25W MagSafe Car Mount Charger, Temp-Control Cooling Fan | [with 75W Adapter] Car Phone Holder, Magnetic Wireless Car Charger Fast Charging, 25W Only for iPhone 18-16, Pixel 10 Pro XL

Q1: Why does the charger get hot and charge slowly in summer?

A1: Slight heating is normal; severe overheating and slow charging are usually caused by insufficient heat dissipation due to high temperatures inside the car under direct sunlight, and are not necessarily a product malfunction.

Q2: How can I reduce charger overheating?

A2: Before charging, turn on the air conditioning to pre-cool the car interior. Place the charger near the air vents to use the cool air to assist in heat dissipation, maintaining fast charging power and reducing heat generation.

Q3: Does placing the charger near air vents fully resolve high-temperature issues?

A3: Solely relying on vent cool air isn't enough. Combine it with air conditioning to lower the car's overall temperature. This dual approach is necessary to prevent triggering overheat protection and automatic power-off.

Q4: What if the charger shuts off automatically in high temps? Is it faulty?

A4: Automatic power-off is due to built-in overheat protection to protect both the phone and charger. Following the cooling methods above should resolve the issue; if the problem persists, please contact visnfa service.

Charging disconnects / Unstable charging

1.Metal in the case may trigger FOD.

2.Use a PD 45W+ adapter

3.remove the case and retry.

Slow charging?

1.Use 45W+ PD Port.

2. Thick/metal cases (>2.5mm) may block fast mode;

3.70–80%+ battery may drop to 7.5W (normal).

4. Remove case/metal, cool 5 min, confirm fast wireless support.
