The pictures only seem to show (2) HDMI connections (One in back and one on the side), but the specs says 3. Where is the third? I looked on the visio site as well and only saw two.

What does (Used-Acceptable) look like? Screen Damage?

I bought 2 Visio tv's so far, one was used repair and one new. Both have been great and the used repair had no damage or scuffs and has been working fine for 6 years now.

Question 3

Has anyone been able to fix the flickering with this on the Clear Action 240? I am using it as a monitor for my PC. Are there some kind of drivers I can get where it will fix the flickering?

I do the same thing I have several of them .   I run several systems on them on the same machine they all work fine except one regardless of what machine .  The machines run windows XP win seven and Lennox 1317 I believe the one constantly flickers when I first turn on as it warms up about 10 minutes or so stoner works perfect regardless of what machine operating system they all are running the same resolution .  When I get ambitious return for good luck

Does this have quick response times and does it work well with PC gaming?

I am about to play it on my PC for gaming so I will reply and let you know the answer later. However, the response time for this TV is 26.5 ms and this is very good for TV's. Usually they are around 30-40 so this is better than most. You can find more information on this at Rtings review for D series 1080p Vizio TV's. I am not sure about how well it will be used as a PC monitor but I imagine it will be very well based on the reviews. Keep in mind the Native resolution is likely to be wrong and need to be configured on your PC due to its odd shape. It just depends on if your graphics card can detect it correctly, if your text is bad or blurry, try to change the resolution format between others and see which is clearest because it's likely the GPU mistaken the native resolution. To reply about the guy above who is accepted as the best answer, try to change your resolution between others, its likely your native resolution is wrong and just a simple GPU software error.

Is this real 120hz, or fake 60 hz with two flashes from the backlight?

Hard to say for sure, but since it also claims to have "Clear Action 240", it most likely has a 120Hz panel, which it doubles with backlight or other processing to get the fake 240 "Clear Action"
