I have read that the viewing angle on this TV is very narrow, can anyone confirm?

Viewing angle is above average. Bright and crisp screen. We use as a computer monitor.  The board went bad 30 days after we bought, but Visio fixed it at our location -FREE.  Nice customer service.

can it accept wallmounts from central point on back of tv?

Yes, it has four threaded holes in the center of the back of the TV.  We use it on the stand.

Does this tv have the smooth motion feature?

According to the manual, this Vizio model has a Feature called "Motion Blur Reduction", which "Reduces blur in scenes with fast action. Sensitive viewers may notice flicker. Select ON or OFF".

IMHO, the Vizio Feature "Motion Blur Reduction" is equivalent to the one referred to as "Smooth Motion" on other TVs. I have had TVs with a "Smooth Motion" setting, and it seemed to work the same way as the Vizio Feature.

BTW: It works very well on my Vizio 32". No matter how fast the action on the screen, there's no detectable flickering.

Question 4

What is the maximum resolution? Newegg says 1366 x 768, manufacturer website says 1920 x 1080.

A copy of the Users Manual for this model is stored in the memory of the TV, which I've found to be  handy! According to it, the Resolution is 1920x1080.
