Note: If water leakage occurs, you can check whether the nozzle is tightly inserted. Tip Installation Guide.
Insert the nozzle into the slot(No need to press buttons), completely covering the sealing rubber ring of the nozzle, and make sure it is inserted to the bottom; leave a gap may leak. Place nozzle close to teeth to reduce sensitivity gums discomfort.
How to use DIY mode?
Firstly, you can adjust the mode button to DIY mode,and long press 3s until light flash,and then short press mode button to select water pressure,light flash and then off,the DIY mode will be locked.
Do you need to add water many times during use?
No, this water tank has a upgrade super larger capacity of 300ml, it is enough for a single cleaning, very convenient. And the large opening is more user-firendly to clean and refill. Regularly clean the silicone tube filter by wiping it with water.
Does the package include the charging adapter?
No. It is enough to get a cable, which can be compatible with my mobile phone adapter and computer USB socket, you can charge it using any 5V adapter also. Before charging, please check if the charging port is dry to avoid cannot charg your product
How long is the battery life? Is it suitable for travel?
With just 3 hours of full charging, you can enjoy up to 30 days of use. Its compact and lightweight design makes it perfect for use at home or on-the-go
