Proper use of a water flosser will not damage the gums. Selecting an appropriate water pressure setting (such as a gentle mode) can help avoid discomfort or irritation to the gums.
2. How long does it take to charge?
The indicator light will flash when the machine is charging, and will stop flashing when it is fully charged. Usually, it takes 4~5 hours to be fully charged.
3.How often should the nozzle of a water flosser be replaced?
It is generally recommended to replace the nozzle every 3-6 months, depending on the frequency of use and the degree of wear on the nozzle.
4. Why does my flosser have a different charging port?
To ensure long-term charging stability and user safety, we introduced a second charging port design (dual-pin connector) alongside the USB Type-C. (Sent Random) Pls don't worry. Both charging ports are certified, safe, and fully compatible.
5. Is the charging adapter included in the package?
No, but it’s not an issue. Most people have plenty of adapters at home. The included USB cable is compatible with your phone adapter and laptop USB port, making charging convenient.
