MAC User Must Pay Attention !
Due to the limitation of Mac system, external monitors will display the same content(such as A+B+B). 3 different screens can not be achieved !
Reminder 1. When more external devices are connected through this hub, it is recommended to power it up through the USB-C port.
Reminder 2. This USB-C hub docking station much be directly plug to the USB-C port of your laptop. It may not work if plugged to a convert or other port adapters.
Reminder 3. USB C Charging doesn't works for laptop own a AC charging adapter, those laptop (Dell/HP/ThinkPad...) do not allow 3rd party charger to charge their laptop in other ways
Reminder 4.When connecting an external hard drive to this hub, connect the laptop's power adapter to the USB-C power supply port.
Reminder 5. Resolution Problem - The final resolution of HDMI output depends on your host devices. (Only when your devices support 4K resolution, the video output will be 4K). For Windows laptop Under DP1.4 source, Single HDMI can up to 4K@60Hz. Dual displays, one HDMI port resolution up to 4K@30Hz and another 2k@60Hz. If you connect VGA port, the resolution of all monitors will be limited to 1920 x 1080@60Hz when dual or triple display with VGA. Resolution can only reach up to 1920*1080@60Hz when connecting 3 monitors at the same time. For Windows laptop on DP1.2, due to laptop's limited bandwidth, one of the monitors resolution will be lower than 1080P.
