Why my monitors are not detected by the system?
Please make sure the type-c port of your pc support video outputOr the docking could not work as expected.Note:The thunderbolt 3/4 port should support video output,if you are not sure,pls be be free to ask us)
Does my computer need USB 3.2 for this dock?
Yes. Your laptop's USB-C port must support the USB 3.2 standard (or Thunderbolt 3/4) to enable all dock features like fast data transfer and stable video output. Check your computer's specs for "USB 3.2", "USB 3.1", or "Superspeed USB".
Why my external monitors are same when I connect the docking to mac?
Actually it is a limitation of mac os,mac support sst only,all the external monitor will show the same content via wavlink device.
Why my laptop could not be charged via the docking?
Please make sure the type-c port of your laptop support charging.Not all type-c port of the laptop support charging.
