Yes, but note that I had to return it.

This Western Digital hard drive is for video surveillance, but note that although the specs say the drive is compatible with the "ATA streaming command set" it's a newer serial-type drive.  When I tried installing it in my older SANYO DVR device, the hard drive didn't have the same connectors as my SANYO, which was only compatible with a  parallel ATA hard drive.  Thus, make sure that the surveillance device you're purchasing this drive for has a serial-type interface.
