Are these resistance bands good for beginners?
Yes. This set includes 5 resistance levels from extra light to extra heavy. Beginners can start with the extra light or light bands for basic stretching, mobility, or light strength work.
What material are these resistance bands made of?
These bands are made from natural latex rubber, not TPE. The latex provides elastic tension during repeated workouts. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight exposure and store in the included carry bag.
How to wear the ankle strap?
1. Wrap ankle strap around your ankle, and only your ankle. Make sure the ankle strap issnug and the Velcro is connected securely before exercise.
2. Clip bands to the D-Ring and make sure the connection is secure before any exercise
Can I use these bands for leg and glute exercises?
Yes. The instruction booklet shows exercises for legs, glutes, hips, thighs, and hamstrings. Common moves include squats, leg lifts, glute bridges, and lateral walks.
