I am not sure, I bought mine to use abroad in regions of the globe that use 1700/2100 amongst other bandwidths. It has worked fine for me so far, however, I haven't used it with T-Mobile in the States, I use another carrier.

It comes with a charger, and I use H2O wireless for it, but I think it can work with any carrier.

Only what would normally come in the box:

Sync/Charge cord
Wall block
Headphones

It also does not come with a SIM card, the reason for this is because the cellular provider that you would be registering the phone with, under what ever style contract you choose to go with.

It is compatible with Tracfone, Verizon, ATT, Sprint, Cricket, Metro PCS.

There are many more carriers that can support it, but call the respected carriers customer support number to verify.

The specs doesnt say if it is New in the box or used or refurbished. Could someone from NewEgg clarify. Also in the specs it says ATT. Will the logo be there ?

As far as I can tell this was not refurbished. I bought it so that I could use it overseas, and it works very well with non-US SIM cards that have the new smaller form-factor.
