Poor Product Support 3/2/2019 7:28:49 AM

Pros: Plenty of room, almost too much TBH.
Fairly easy to work in
Places to hide cables
Good airflow

Cons: It was great until I needed to get another bracket to fit an SSD. The case comes with one, and attempts to contact Cooler Master support to purchase another were met with silence.

Overall Review: I don't think I'll buy any cases from Cooler Master again. They literally ignored me asking to buy more things from them. Half the appeal of their cases is the modularity... but modularity doesn't do you any good when they won't sell you the parts you need.

Coolermaster support is garbage 1/12/2019 8:41:52 AM

Pros: - is case.

Cons: - Cable management options are basic
- eATX support is 'Unofficial'
- Additional hard drive cages cannot be used with an eATX motherboard installed
- Support appears untrained and unwilling to assist in any way

After reaching out to coolermaster support about attempting to install a second HDD cage, I was advised the case "did not support eATX motherboards." After explaining to them that not only did it support them, per the product page, but that the motherboard had been installed for months, they stated that support was 'Unofficial' and told me that if I needed to install additional 3.5" drives, I would have to use SSD enclosures. They seemed completely unaware that a 3.5" drive cannot fit in a 2.5" ssd enclosure. It would help if their customer service was even remotely aware of the products they were selling.

Overall Review: - I would not recommend this product
- Given the option, I would not buy this product again

Manufacturer Response:
Hello Tristan,

You actually reached out to our social media representatives; they are not the same as the support team. The case you bought unofficially supports the E-ATX motherboard since there are no standard E-ATX motherboard sizes; as E-ATX ranges from roughly 10.1" - 13" in length. The product page for this case, on the Cooler Master website, does not list E-ATX as a supported form factor. Naturally, when trying to fit a larger component into a mid form factor, there are some trade offs; such as not being able to add more HDD drives, as the a larger E-ATX motherboard extends over into that area. For instance, I'm using an Asus 2080 Ti O11G in my system, this card is 12" in length and is well under the stated supported clearance size for GPUs; my case says it can support up to 10 HDD drives, but with this GPU installed, I can only fit 4; this is the trade off for going with such a large GPU. I am not exactly sure what the social media representative said, but my assumption is that they might have been suggesting that you use external enclosures in general to fit your needs.

Great case 11/28/2018 6:25:36 PM

Pros: This case is great for the price, I got it a couple months ago and it has worked perfectly with no problems. Plus it has room for future expansions!

Cons: I have no complaints its what I expected and looks great

Amazing product, especially for price 9/2/2018 11:29:16 PM

Pros: -super cheap
-comes with 2 fans that are amazingly efficient and quiet
-dust filters keeps the inside clean
-plenty of room for expansion or giant GPU's
-even though its only $50, it has room for up to 2 HDD's and 1 SSD stock, but more can be fit with more mounts
-cable management is great

Cons: -the front USB ports are insanely tight, anything I plug in requires quite a bit of force, but nothing bad, just an unsual quirk.

Lots of room! 8/2/2018 6:33:22 AM

Pros: This case as lots of room for a mid-tower box. Modular design works very well. No clutter and everything easy to work with. The supplied hard ware package had every screw & stand-off needed. Love this case. I would give it 6 stars but see below...

Cons: There are only 2 fan mounts on the front and 1 in the back. There is no exhaust port or fan mount on top and there should be.

Overall Review: Not sure what the rubber grommets are for on the HDD mounts... The supplied screws work just fine. The USB ports on the case are 3.0, if your mainboard has an older form factor of USB, say 2.0, then this case's USB cable will not fit to your mainboard. Make sure to get an adapter if you don't have 3.0 USB on your mainboard.

Decent midrange case 6/30/2018 9:09:35 AM

Pros: Looks slick, light. Roomy behind the motherboard plate for cable routing.

Cons: Side panel is plastic - the power cables on my GPU had made a mark on it. =(
The shroud for the bottom of the case should be longer, imo, or at least ship with a second half to drop into the drive bay area - I pulled out the drive cage as I only use an nVME drive, but have no way to shroud the rest of the bottom of the case.

Overall Review: CoolerMaster offers a tempered glass side panel for this case, but I can't find any retailers in the US who sell it. Would be nice is the LED in the lower front of the case was addressable, so it didn't have to just be red or off.

Decent value case 5/20/2018 7:36:04 PM

Pros: Great price when I got it on sale with a mail in rebate.
Very easy to build in

Cons: Might have liked a power supply shroud that covered the entire bottom, including the HDD bracket.
Case is billed as modular, but the accessories for sale on Cooler Master's website are limited. I found the HDD bracket, but no extra SSD mounts.
CM's website also advertises it supports up to a 360 radiator, but the included bracket is only sized for up to a 280. I'm not planning on watercooling right now, but I don't see a different bracket on the CM website either.
Related, the case can support 4 fans, but the third one on the front (topmost) is only secured by two screws. It's working fine now, but I plan on changing out the 120mm fans I originally bought with 140's so I'm not sure how secure it will end up being.

Overall Review: Not sure whether this is a problem with the case or the motherboard I put in it (ASRock AB350 Pro4), but the mounting holes in the MOBO don't 100% match with the ATX layout for the standoffs. Lower right hand side on the board has one hole that lines up with an ITX hole, an ATX standoff that doesn't alight with a hole, and a hole on the MOBO that doesn't line up with anything on the case. Not knocking an egg off for this since it's fully functional and I'm not sure which one is at fault or whether this is something common or not.

Fans 5/20/2018 7:30:31 AM

Pros: Big
Looks good
Feels well made (Smooth)
And I got a free water cooler

Cons: Really only one and it’s that they only put 2 120mm fan slots in the front and none on top. They could have easily added fan slot but they didn’t

Overall Review: Good case unless your going to cause a lot of heat because cooling on this one isn’t the best. I would recommend.
