Question 1

What is required to not install the fan controller but still use the installed case fans?

If yo want to plug the fans straight into the motherboard, and let the MoBo control the fans, as you would do if there was no fan controller, you can still do so. There is nothing requiring you to use the fan controller. I didnt think I would ever use a fan controller when I first started building, just seemed rather useless, so I never bought one. However, with this one built into the case, thought I'd give it a try. I actual find it rather useful at times. Such as when I'm watching a movie and know it's not really necessary for my fans to be on full blast to stay cool, i turn them down so the fan noise doesnt interfere! and when turned all the way down, the fans are near silent!

Can this case support an internal radiator with the dimension set 275×120×32 mm?

I have a Corsair H100i water cooler in a different machine (HAF case)  so I am familiar with that size of radiator. I am fairly confident it would fit up at the top of this case as well. Hope that helps.

What are the keys for?

The keys lock the case from opening using the handles. The keyhole is on the top, underneath the removable grate. It comes with 2 keys.

Can i order this but the side panel will be fully windowed?

I don't fully understand the question you are asking, if you're asking whether it's side panel has a window then the answer is yes, but only on one side. One side (the side in the picture) has the window you see while the other side of the case is just a plain white panel that is easily removable just as the windowed side is. Just to clarify it looks exactly like it does in the picture, and what you see is what you're going to get if you decide to order it.

Can 360 radiator fit on top of the case without modification also 240 radiator fits on front of the case? Two question :p thnx!

You could put a 360 rad on top of the case without modifying it but only two fans would actually vent out of the case, so there wouldn't be much of a point.

The case -will- hold a 360 rad on top with modification however, it requires cutting a hole through the top plastic part and the metal under it.

A 200mm rad fits in front nicely although for my case I had to buy a standoff kit and drill a few extra holes (small mod) because the radiator didn't quite fit when lining up with the built in fan holes.

No. No 140mm mounts on the case. However, a H100i GTX fits quite nicely in the top location (mount the fans on the top of the case under the mesh for cleaner install). This is what I'm using in mine.

I assume you mean some sort of pull of drawer? If that is case, it does not.

23 in, but I wouldn't want to hide it under a desk.  I have colored fans and power supply.  ;)
