Does this have both the magnetic filters and the dampening covers for the top?

Yes. It comes with both the magnetic dust filters and the sound dampening panels for the top.

how long is the RGB LED strip included with the case and how much/far does it stretch around the interior of the case?

The cable is a little over a foot long. Roughly the same length as the glass panel on the side. It's also advertised as having a sticky side so you can attach it to the interior of the case, but in my own experience it isn't very sticky. I used a few small pieces of clear scotch tape to make sure it stays where I want it to.

Does this case have an LED strip included?

Yes it's does. It's connects to the LEDs on the power button and ones that shine on the logo at the bottom. A RGB motherboard adapter can be bought separately from Phanteks if you have RBG header on your motherboard. This allows you to sync all the LEDs that come with the case to the motherboard LEDs. I'm using it with Asus Aura. Even when using the mobo to control the LEDs you can still use the lighting button on the case to chnage the shade of the color designated to the LED strip. Hope this helps.

Is the Silent version worth the extra money? Does it hamper air flow ?

I think it's worth the money. I'm not sure how much quieter it is compared the non-silent version, but I like that this case has top covers. The dampening material also helps reduce vibration noises from fans and spinning HDD's. I have a total of 5 Noctua fans in my case and talking in a whisper is louder than my PC.

Does this come with any case fans?

It does come with an exhaust fan and if memory serves me right it also comes with 1 in the front.

Does it support a 160mm high cpu cooler?

I have the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo with a 120mm fan, it barely fits with a millimeter of space left between the glass and the fan.

Does the tempered glass have a tint?

The glass is slightly tinted a bit darker.

Is this case capable of having a 280mm Corsair H115i Pro RGB AIO in it? It says that it supports up to a 360mm radiator in the front, but I'm new to liquid cooling, so I'm not entirely sure what would fit.

Yes, but you’ll have to mount 280mm radiators to the front.  I have a Kraken X62 280mm, and that is the only spot it will fit.

My fan speed button on the top of the case isn't as clicky as the other buttons (almost feels mushy), is it broken?

I don't think so... Mine feels about as clicky as the rest but I can tell very little difference in fan speed. I think the speed levels are just really close together, making the fan controller almost useless.

can you vertically mount your graphics card?

It doesn't have support built in on the back for a graphics card to be mounted vertically. Certainly couldn't fit a motherboard in horizontally.
