Does mag safe Wireless Charger (Pad) come with a USB-C wall charger?
Please note that a USB-C wall charger is not included with the purchase of our Magnetic Wireless Charger (Pad). For the best charging experience, we recommend using a Power Delivery (PD) compatible wall charger with an output power of 20W or higher.
Will a phone case affect wireless charging?
For the best wireless charging experience, we recommend using an official Apple magnetic phone case. You should avoid using phone cases thicker than 2.5 mm and non-magnetic as they may affect charging efficiency.
Why doesn't my iPhone show the magsafe charging ring when using magnetic charging?
Please confirm whether your iPhone is a 16/15/14/13 series because only these models support magnetic charging. Next, ensure your iPhone system has been updated to iOS 17.2, as this is necessary for the function to work properly.
