Can this sound bar be charged?
No, this sound bar is DC adapter powered, not battery powered.
Can I use it with my headphones?
No, it is not compatible with headphones.
How do I use TV remote to control the soundbar?
The soundbar does not support control via TV remote or third-party remote.
It dose not work or no sound.
Please follow the Setup Tips or Manual to install it step by step, if this issue does not be fixed, please send email to us, we will help to deal with it without 24 hours.
Use Tips:
1, For Optical (SPDIF) connection, please change your TV audio output to optical or external speaker, change the audio format setting to PCM and make sure the protective caps at the ends of the optical cable are removed before plugging it in.
2, Sound bars for TVdoes not support Dolby and DTS, please kindly disable Dolby and DTS on your TV, Netflix, Prime Video, HBO, Hulu, Youtube, and other streaming video apps.
3, The USB interface of the sound bar is only suitable for playing audio from the U disk and updating the firmware, cannot supply power to the sound bar. The AUX port cannot be used as a headphone jack.
