I can't say for "sure" but I know that the package only comes with a US Standard cord. I think if you get the right cord I think it should work fine.

Is the toner cartridge included or does it have to be purchased separately?

In the in the box section of the specifications it lists a toner cartridge, 1500 page capacity.

Does this printer have automatic duplex printing?

Yes it does. The "D" in the product model means duplex.

For what operating systems are there compatible printer drivers for this printer? Windows 8.1? windows 10? Mac? IOS for iPhone and itab?

The printer driver disk will install on Windows 10 and work.
