will this run 5 monitors or will I need two cards?

It can easily handle 3 monitors. But there is a cross fire bridge that is sold with it, so if you do have another video card that can handle crossfire, you can put a max of 6 monitors that will be recognized immediately.

I would recommend having 2 video cards, they don't have to be the same exact one, as long as the crossfire bridge is supported, but they must both be of the same driver type.

Will this card fit in the MSI 760GM-P34 (FX)?

Yes this card will work with that motherboard, but dending on how much room you have in your case could be a problem, this card is 9.9 inches long and 4.4 inches tall.

Any power supply that is 500W (the minimum for this card) or more will work, and I would recommend measuring the dimensions of your current PSU and going from there.

Why is the price so cheap? Compared to other 4gb cards, this one is dirt cheap. Is it truly a 4gb XFX Double D R9-270x?

Yes it is truely a 4gig R9-270X card with all the bells and whistles.  Its pretty heavy so its got a good heatsink on it, and runs quiet as for the reason its priced so low.  Newer cards are always coming out, which makes the older cards cheaper.  Even if the card has only been out for a month if it has 5 or 6 newer cards in a month come out with similar specs it will drop in price.

I've owned this card since Feb and use it everyday. Worth the money, especially when in CrossFire
