Pros: i got the drivers to work off the dish and have not had a promblem with it i played most wanted on it and its not slowing down abit i mean no jumping or lag

Cons: do not use the drivers (for Vista) on the cdrom. for that matter, don't even use the one from the XFX website. ***this is what i found*** windows will disable the driver and the Aero environment will be gone. seriously, don't.

Overall Review: the driver installed by Windows Vista (from clean install) supports the GeForce 6200 and Aero environment. would not recommend less than 2 GB ram running vista. windows vista ultimate - nice os.

Pros: It was easy to install. I had no problems running Medal of Honor Pacific Assault. This card performs well under Windows XP Professional. This card work greats when editing video, processing digital photographs, and using business application software. Surfing the Internet does not over tax this card. This card does not require extra power from the power supply. This is a great card for anyone who has an AGP motherboard that is looking to extend the life of a computer system. This card carries a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer.

Cons: This card can run hot especially, when playing games. Since it does not have a fan for cooling, you to have case fans installed in your system in order to keep the temperature down on this card.

Overall Review: I would recommend this card to casual gamers and users of business application software. This card works great for editing video and digital photographs. Serious gamers should consider sometime else.

Pros: I bought this card to replace my original GeForce 3 graphics card. That card wasn't top of the line when I bought it either, but even less outdated, then. This card, however, was cheap by comparison. Great graphics performance and the NO FAN is a plus...as they generally stop working...so one that is designed not to need one is a better investment.

Overall Review: A graphics card, though an important component, is still just a part of the whole. Blaming good hardware like this for system problems using a new OS like MS Vista (that wasn't even developed when this card was produced) because the manufacturer's supplied drivers weren't compatible with it is more indicative of a person's lack of good judgment than anything else. I even encounter compatibility problems running pre-Vista games on a new system (with new and compatible hardware) using Vista (which came installed on that system). I bought this card for my gaming system that still uses XP...and am using it for pre-Vista games. People expect too much with too little sense if they fail to evaluate the relative age of the bargain hardware they are purchasing with the relative age of the Operating System they are using it on. Pros: Good graphics, nice for an older computer, I put this in my old p4 gateway and it really did a nice job, probably gave it another year or two, does well with games like C&C generals and battlefield

Pros: It's got four times the amount of memory that my old GeForce 6200. Flawless install, extremely easy to get the drivers from the XFX website. didn't even have to get the CD out of the box. Plays all of my current games, i don't know about future ones though. oh and wow!!! my computer is running so much faster and smoother than before. I am very glad i bought this, especially because of the price. Newegg has never EVER failed me when it comes to availability, quality of products, and speed of shipping. I have never had to return an item, i guess I'm lucky in that respect. I will never buy retail ever again. thanks newegg!!!

Overall Review: I bought this card because the fan on my old GeForce 6200 128 MB RAM card went bad. I first bought a heatsink and fan assembly for the old one, but I didn't see the small print on the manufactures website saying that it is not compatible with diagonally mounted VGA chips. Of course mine was diagonally mounted. So i bought this card to replace/upgrade the old one. An added bonus is that my new heat sink and fan assembly mounts on this, so the whole Running Hot issue is solved. With the new fan assembly this baby is running at 32C idle, and 38C under load. i can't believe it. it's great.
