Comments: Trying to play Doom3/Quake 4 on my Radeon 9600 has been extremely frustrating. I wasn't after triple-digit bragging-rights framerates, but rather, a reasonably priced card that wouldn't surrender in the middle of my game. This XFX 6600 card is EXACTLY the card I was looking for. I just popped this gem into my aging AGP4X system, and boom: 1024x768x32/High Settings in Quake 4. No overclocking, no tweaking, no fuss, and not a whole lot of cash. Newegg's exceptional service is a given with me, and I wouldn't shop anywhere else (well, I did once, and man, did I regret it...serves me right.) If you're looking to play the latest games decently on even an old AGP4X system like mine, then this card will definitely do the trick, and still leave enough money in your wallet to take the wife and kids out to dinner to make up for the hours of time you spend away from them gaming. Have fun!
