Pros: First off, GREAT video card. It really is. Runs StarCraft2 on Extreme (only glitching slightly on mega battles) Overclocking is easy. Looks great. Made roommates jealous.
Cons: For being dang close to the very best there is to offer with this chipset, I am a bit disappointed. I played the Battlefield 3 Beta this past week, and well the card could not keep up. Granted I was on Ultra, it was running at 100%, the fan was spinning at 100%, and it was still not able to run smooth. Its also unable to handle games like Tom Clancy's End War or the Shogun game I got with it. It is a noisy little guy. When fan is at 100%, expect your PC to be turned into a server rack/ wind tunnel.
Overall Review: Massive heat fluctuation. It will idle at 40 one day, then the next its idling at 54 degrees. This is NOT a case cooling problem. Im running the Antec DF-85 case with 3 intake fans and 5 exhaust fans all on high. Will most likely be Crossfired by the end of year to compensate for the cons above. If you can get the 6950.
