Is the heatsink removable? I want to install on my laptop

It doesn't look like it. The RGB heastsink is powered through the NVME plus it seems to be glued onto the SSD.

Is this backwards compatible with PCIe 3.0?

Yes all m.2 ssd drives are backwards compatible

Q: What would you like to provide the feedback on? A: Product Specifications - The details list 1GB DRAM, but the specifics says it uses SLC/HMB. Can you confirm which is true?

The product uses both SLC Caching and Host Memory Buffer, and it also has a 1GB DRAM cache. These specifications are not mutually exclusive, as both SLC/HMB and DRAM can be used in the SSD.
