3200 mhz, I bought 32 gb of 3600 mhz and its running at 3200 mhz so I know this for sure

Yes. I was able to do so. I also recommend you put in your own GPU because the motherboard's didn't suffice for my Sims gameplay (but maybe that was just because I'm a super newb and don't know about other settings). If you look at the left side panel near the GPU slot under the left fan, you'll see punch-out strips with holes. You should be able to pull off any of the 5 strips very easily.
