No, it’s just two joinable soundbars that can be connected into one long soundbar,
or you can set them up separately as two vertical tower speakers.
Why is there sound from only one soundbar and no sound from the other soundbar?
You must connect them with a cable. If not, only one speaker will have sound.
The package includes two cables: one long and one short.
Why does my TV remote control not control the sound bar?
Our sound bar can only be controlled by the remote control that comes with the soundbar and are not compatible with other remote controls.
Why isn’t there any sound? Why does it sound out of sync with the TV?
Note: Please set your TV sound setting to PCM mode before connecting - Different TVs have different sound settings.
Why won't my soundbar connect or disconnect?
The connection methods of different brands of TVs are different. Please refer to the manual for details.
For older versions of TVs, it is recommended to use optical fiber or AUX connection.
