No it doesn't come with usb. It comes with an xlr cord.

Yes; I was fortunate to have a strike of luck that I found another listing which included the Phantom power supply for the same price, which I purchased, in place of this one, when the order was coincidentally canceled, unexpectedly. Different model microphone, but the power supply units are the same.

Yes it will work for the majority of computers.

Static can be countered by using a quality sound card. Some external cards using ASIO technology are good for quality recording  which require higher level sound processing. Hope this helps.
