Does this case come with fans installed?

Yes. There are 3 fans installed. One in the front blowing in past the HDD's, one in the top blowing up (out) and one in the back blowing out. I think the ones on the top and in the front are 120mm and the one in the back is 80mm, but I'm not absolutely sure on the dimensions.

Will the cooler master Hyper 212 Evo fit? PC Part picker is giving me a red flag

I'm pretty sure I've seen pictures online of S340 builds with the Hyper 212 Evo but haven't actually installed one or seen it in person.
