How many ways can I use this microphone?
Wired connection – This method supports only one microphone.
Receiver connection – You can connect either one or two microphones using the receiver.
How can two people use this microphone at the same time?
To record with two people, plug your device into the receiver and press the button until the light turns green.
For simultaneous recording with accompaniment, pair a second device via Bluetooth. The indicator will turn blue.
Why is Bluetooth not searched on the phone/computer?
Turn off the Bluetooth device first, then reconnect it.
If there are too many Bluetooth devices on your phone, please remove the unwanted devices first.
Why does it not work with my Android phone but function well with my iPhone 17?
Please ensure that your Android device supports OTG and verify that it's enabled in the settings before use. (Search for "OTG" in the settings and enable it.)
Why can’t my K2X microphone pair?
Please try quickly pressing the MUTE/ANC button four times — this will activate pairing mode.
