Have two of these units ... they are setup for installation of hard drive but the hard drive is provided by YOU.  They will accept hard drive up to 1 TB capacity

Your question was about memory ... memory is built into unit, no additional memory is required

No.  buy something more expensive if you can. I wish I had. Not happy with my setup  if you would like to talk more about it.

No hard drive included.  We have been using it for 8 months and it is still working fine. Nice little unit for the $$$.
