But I have 500 watt power...can it still work?

350w power is just the minimum recommended for that graphics card. The more important thing is whether or not your system has enough wattage to power everything. But seeing as how you have a 500w power supply you should have more than enough power for the graphics card.

Can you tell me what does this graphics card come with?

Like does it just come with the book and the cd and the graphics card that's it?

Also, do you install the graphics card with a CD or you just install on your desktop?

I don't own the card myself, but I do happen to do computer work. I'm thinking that Gen 2 basically means PCI-E 2.0. PCI-E 3.0 is backwards compatible with 2.0 and will just run this 3.0 card at 2.0 specs. If you get this card, stick it in the PCI-E x16 slot of your computer and it should work. As for your other questions, it looks like that is all this card comes with. When you install it, it is best to use either the CD or get the drivers online off of the nVidia website (since it is more up to date). Otherwise, GeForce experience will fetch for the updates for your drivers.
