Dota 2 =70c 
Overwatch = 77c ?

Mine does not run PUBG at 80c or overwatch at 77c, I get much better temps.  I would look into your case air flow as a whole.

Yes they do but you can't hear them, great card runs fallout 4 in 2k 72 fps max settings and stays below 60 degrees Celsius
