1 out of 5 eggsGreat looks, horrible everything else.

This review is from: DIYPC Skyline-07-B Black SECC ATX Full Tower USB3.0 Gaming Computer Case w/ 7 x 120mm Blue Fans

Pros: There really aren't any pros I have for this product, except that it's still standing after 2 years (really surprised) and that it looks cool. But as the saying goes, looks aren't everything....

Cons: Where to begin..
-If you need to mount anything on this case, i.e. fans, you have to fight with ill-positioned, plastic pins that may, or may not, break on you, leaving an unmounted cover for your case, really good look I assure you.
-There is no room between your top mounted fans and the motherboard for wires to pass through the canals into the hidden back section. And your rear-mounted exhaust fan is literally overlapping the motherboard, but I guess that's not DIY's fault.
-The wires for the tower's UI are poorly mounted and even more poorly positioned. If you want to occupy the top front bay, you're bending a handful of wires at a 90' angle from their mount, because we thought it was cool to have the buttons on top and save space at the same time...?
-From purchase, several of these previously mentioned wires have been non-functional. There are: 2x USB 3.0, 2x USB 2.0, 3x Fan Control switches, 2x Audio Jacks, Power Button, and Reset Button. For my case, only the Power button, reset button and USB 3.0 slots function. This issue has been reviewed several times with the consensus that its the case itself and not my hardware. I brought this to light with DIYPC and they sent me a completely new top face for the case with no better quality mountings and a similar issue. Of course, that was after 3 weeks of waiting for the part to even ship and two more for it to arrive...

Other Thoughts: -My final bit of beef. The company itself. The replacement part that I had shipped to me, admittedly for free, was from a Home address in some California suburb. I googled it. I figured DIYPC was a small company, but its managed out of a house.
Needless to say, I will not be shopping DIYPC products again, DIYPC isn't saving you money and especially not time.

5 out of 5 eggsMASSIVE case, it ROCKS.

This review is from: DIYPC Skyline-07-B Black SECC ATX Full Tower USB3.0 Gaming Computer Case w/ 7 x 120mm Blue Fans

Pros: -TONS of space!
-top hot swap bay
-tons of wires for fans, all nicely labeled
-blue looks great
-fans are nice n quiet

Cons: None. Get this case and you will love it.

-instructions could be better, but if you are DIY, it should make sense.

Other Thoughts: 2nd time DIY build, and extremely pleased with this case.

4 out of 5 eggsIt fits most of my needs

This review is from: DIYPC Skyline-07-B Black SECC ATX Full Tower USB3.0 Gaming Computer Case w/ 7 x 120mm Blue Fans

Pros: It came with fans that aren't terrible and the extra space in the sides really help for cable management. The sata hot swap deck at the top is a life saver. Never know what you'll need it for, but when you do it's great.

Cons: If your cooler is over 140mm the top side fan will not fit. It's true that the "maximum" cooler size could be 165mm, but you will have to remove that fan; not that you really need the extra intake as it will most likely disrupt the airflow to the cooler anyway.

Other Thoughts: Probably want to set the front top fan and hdd cage fans on low and the back top, rear, and maybe one of the side fans on high to have better airflow.

5 out of 5 eggsThis is my first build so there was a bit of a learning curve but overall fairly easy install.

This review is from: DIYPC Skyline-07-B Black SECC ATX Full Tower USB3.0 Gaming Computer Case w/ 7 x 120mm Blue Fans

Pros: Sturdy well made
LOTS of fans
comes with all the mounting hardware.
Blue Leds are darker than what the pics show but listed as a Pro because that's what I was looking for and the color in the pictures is what I was expecting. So maybe a con for someone else

Cons: Leds darker blue than whats pictured.

5 out of 5 eggsThis Case tho

This review is from: DIYPC Skyline-07-B Black SECC ATX Full Tower USB3.0 Gaming Computer Case w/ 7 x 120mm Blue Fans

Pros: -Easy installation of motherboard, hard drives, cd/dvd/bluray drives
-Insane airflow, well balanced intake/exhaust
-Looks beautiful

Cons: -topside fan power is kind of a pain to get through the little hole for it
-cables for the hotswap, usb's, audio get in the way of an uppermost-slotted cd/dvd/bluray drive. Be careful not to pinch/break them

Other Thoughts: Being a full-sized tower, you'll need some longer cables.
I bought this in an attempt to fit my Hyper 612 v2 heatsink while having an LED-lit sidefan for my "Blue Beast," now instead of having the side panel right up against it I've got a few millimeters of room. Works out because I'm getting a massively long GFX anyways that a mid-size would have issues fitting.

4 out of 5 eggsreally nice case

This review is from: DIYPC Skyline-07-B Black SECC ATX Full Tower USB3.0 Gaming Computer Case w/ 7 x 120mm Blue Fans

Pros: This case will work out great for what I wanted to do with water cooling once I mode a couple spots. I ordered a radiator that thicker than it can fit without removing a little material from the front but that will still look the same lol.

Cons: the listing says comes with 7 fans I only got six in the case(only reason I knocked an egg off someone was not doing QT very well).

Other Thoughts: the case has a card reader sized slot but there is no knock out for it to actually be accessed if installed. and i know the 3 drive bays are going to be filled 2 for the fluid res and then me dvd drive.,

5 out of 5 eggsGreat gaming full tower case

This review is from: DIYPC Skyline-07-B Black SECC ATX Full Tower USB3.0 Gaming Computer Case w/ 7 x 120mm Blue Fans

Pros: Got this case during Black Fri. Promotion. It came with 2 USB3.0, 7 x 120mm pre-installed blue fans (2 x led x front, 2 x led fan x side, 2 x top, 1 x rear), which creates good air flow in the case. It has good cable management, can fit long 370mm VGA card. Love the blue led light at night - not too bright at all.

Cons: None so far. Manual could be a bit more detailed

Other Thoughts: Will recommend this case to my gamer friend.
