5 out of 5 eggsYes

Pros: You can comfortably fit a kill a watt meter on this - if you cover two of the ports on one side it will sit firmly on top.

Solid heavy feel and cable.

Cons: The led could be better, but not enough to take an egg.

4 out of 5 eggsBright at night

Pros: -The outlets are spaced well to accommodate a large number of transformers.

- It has an on/off switch

- a pair of 2.1amp USB chargers charge devices quickly

Cons: It emits a rather bright green light out of the entire length of both of the long sides of the device. It's too bright to leave in the bedroom which is where we charge things. I can't see a way to turn it off. My wife is going to try painting over them to see if that resolves it.

Other Thoughts: Overall, the pros outweigh the cons. I'd buy another one if needed.

It's well past time to remove the coaxial jacks on the side of this device. No one I know uses them. They are a bit of an eyesore. I hope you remove them in the next redesign of this power outlet.

5 out of 5 eggsBest techy surge protector I owned to date!

Pros: Stylish (doesn't have that ugly 70s look that most 6-8 ports have).
Has slots for AC adapters.
Glows Green on the sides to notify that it is on.
Has an on off switch.
6 Foot cord.

Cons: 6 Foot cord is a bit short, but didn't stop me one bit from using it.
Green light can be a problem in a room you are trying to sleep in. It glows the entire length of the device and on both side, making it very bright. I have it next to my Green LED PC so I don't even notice, but it may be a bother to some.

Other Thoughts: Something about the style of this and the spacing for the adapters plus the price all come together to make this my favorite surge protector. Glad I bought 2 and is +1 to a list of many Rosewill products that have satisfied this customer.

5 out of 5 eggsLike it

Pros: I had this for about 1 month now. I was reading the other reviews about the green light and I did not understand until I got it. The Green lights are the 2 plastic strips on eash side of the unit. When it is powered on it lights up green. it looks cool to me and I like that I can see that the power is on, on the strip as easy asl looking at it. I know others say it is annoying, but to me it is cool.

Cons: None

5 out of 5 eggsDoing well

Pros: So far so good, running 2 computers off and 5 monitors and speakers... so it has decent load, not crazy though.. so far it has had zero problems, does what it should.
has cool green lights on sides, kind of wish I had a use for one in the middle of my floor so I can see it when I walk in the dark

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I don't use anything except the power, usually filters etc for ethernet/cable drop packets, I've never used them nor will I.. just need that electricity.

4 out of 5 eggsAlmost perfect

Pros: For the price you can't beat it. It has everything in one convenient location. Plenty of space for plugs and surge protection for everything you plug into it.

Cons: Can't run coax through it for the modem. I guess the surge protection is acting like a cable filter and keeping the modem from sending/receiving a signal from the provider. Took one egg for this, seems it should have been mentioned as a possibility with the product

5 out of 5 eggsReally Nice and BIG!!

Pros: I've always had a problem with all the cables needing to fit onto a power strip and never having quite enough. Well, this surge protector totally solved my problems with a few outlets to spare. I really like it, and the low profile is not only attractive but just doesn't get in the way. Wish I had gotten something like this years ago. Totally love it.

Cons: None

5 out of 5 eggsRosewill RHSP-13003 Power Surge Protector

Pros: I ordered 2 of these and got them today. Using 1 right now and other next month. They look pretty nice. As far as quality goes, only time will tell but for now, one seems to work quite well. I only use the outlets.

Cons: They don't stop hackers from getting into my computer! LOL.

Other Thoughts: If you are looking for one, this is the one. I have bought a few items made by Rosewill from Newegg and the quality is excellent.

4 out of 5 eggsThe almost perfect surge protector

Pros: 10 outlets with 4 ready for wall-worts
Nice long power cord
2 sets of coax jacks
Has phone jacks
According to the box its "fireproof with best surge protection"
Dust covers for unused outlets
Has a UL sticker on the bottom
Built in breaker (that is right it has a breaker)
If the product fails to protect your stuff the box says they will cover up to 20k in damage (should also mention the box says it will not stop a local lightening strike which nothing will stop)
It supports wall mounting

The best part is i can now plug stuff in like a desk light, network switch, soldering iron, or my laptop and still have room for more

Cons: The RJ45 plugs are not able to do gigabit speeds, only 10/100 full duplex (-1 egg for not mentioning this anywhere)

It takes very little force to turn the switch off, relative to the forge required to switch it on (but it is also a breaker is that is understandable)

the protected/grounded lights are a bit bright for my taste (they are green and are the clear strips of plastic on the sides)

wall mount screws are not included

Other Thoughts: There is only 1 thing that could be better aside from being gigabit network ready (which may not be possible to do)
some of the center power plugs should be rotated 90 degrees for the typical phone charger/linksys router wall worts that are designed to not block outlets on power strips, it has 10 outlets and 4 with room or massive adapters so i am not going to complain about that

iperf benchmark (yes i made sure my cables were real cat5e/cat6 and yes my computers can do gigabit speed)

As long as all your devices with network cables on them are on surge protectors i would not worry about using the RJ45 plugs anyway

I have not tried the coax jacks, but i don't see the point in using them the only thing to consider using it on it my cable modems which are grounded out side so why bother ir would probably degrade the signal (slow down the Internet).
as long as you don't have a week point (something not on a surge protector wired to stuff on this protector) it should be fine from anything other than a lighting strike which will fry anything and everything it can get/jump to and don't think it can't jump it just jumped a few thousand feet to get to your house.

I would not hesitate to buy a second if i need another (especially if it is on sale, i paid 15.99 shipped)

5 out of 5 eggsBest Surge Protector

Pros: Slim & Attractive in white color. This surge protector has green LED light illuminated at all times.

Cons: This unit with green LED illuminating at all times may be too bright for the bedroom.
