Question 1

This motherboard says it has integrated graphics. But, could I install a new graphics card to this motherboard to make it better? (Beginner PC builder)

Absolutely, there are a few points of the integrated graphics on a mobo. 1 some don't need the power or an graphics card to do things like excel, just saves money, to be an upgradable option for those on a budget building gaming PC, and lastly to troubleshoot your PC if the non integrated GPU doesn't function after installed. I have used a msi r7 370, and just recently upgraded to a GTX 1060;  both worked well on that mobo. Only issues I had was the fan speed controller burned up on install so I just run the fans at max, but that's fine cuz replacement fans are cheap.

Question 2

Will this be able to boot if I hook up to a HDTV with an HDMI cord?

Yes.  I recommend a dvi or dsub connection as an initial backup if using Windows 10.  I had initial trouble booting with hdmi until I manually updated all the display and video drivers.

Question 3

Can you put Micro ATX motherboards into an ATX case easily?  Do mounting posts match or, depending on case, can be added in correct positions?

microATX was explicitly designed to be backward-compatible with ATX. The mounting points of microATX motherboards are a subset of those used on full-size ATX boards, and the I/O panel is identical. Thus, microATX motherboards can be used in full-size ATX cases.

Question 4

Will I be able to install Windows 7 from a DVD drive?

Yes,  You just have to know how to get it to the point of reading from the DVD drive if you're building a new system.  It seemed like the system almost talked us through every step, even before linking the DVD drive.  If you're just upgrading or changing to Windows 7, then yes immediately and it will ask you if you want to keep the previous system and Windows 7.  I would run just Windows 7, though it will give you the option for the free Windows 10 upgrade later on.  To me Windows 7 was the best system so far.  Haven't grown to like Windows 10 just yet.

What is the best RAM to use this is my 1st PC build and I would like something white and black. Also can I use ddr3 or will I need to use ddr4?

I used DDR4 cause function is more important than looks to me. You should be able to search for RAM by color. There are also guides online to paint/dye any plastics parts on your PC  remember that doing that might void any warranty on that item.

How do you remove the gpu from the board? And is it easy to do so?

Simple answer: You don't.
If you are trying to add your own video card to the system, you just add it in.  Most motherboards automatically detect the video card and deactivate the integrated graphics. Some motherboards may require you to tweak a setting in the BIOS.

If you want to get technical, most of the descriptions and reviews I have seen related to the  recent generations of Intel's i-series CPUs describe the graphics as part of the CPU and not the motherboard's chipsets like it used to be years ago with Intel chips.

I would like wireless internet. Would I need to purchase a wireless network adapter or does the mobo have that included?

You can always add a PCI-E wireless adapter.  They are cheap and likely better than most integrated wireless hardware because they often let you attach an external antenna.  For instance, here's a cheap one on NewEgg: Rosewill RNX-N150PCe.  NewEgg has tons of alternatives if you have a specific need.

Does this motherboard support cases with front panel USB 3.0 ports?

Question 10

I see that it came with a disc, what is it used for and should I put it in my optical drive before installing Windows 10?

The disc has drivers and other utilities for the motherboard on it.  Usually the best practice would be to install Windows first, then go to Gigabyte's website to download the latest releases of the drivers (or do it from another computer and save them to a USB stick).  During the time from the disc being made until you receive the motherboard, there are often numerous updates and bug fixes to drivers and software.
