How many SATA 6.0 Gb/s drives can I hook up to this board?

You can put 6 drives to the board. I have 10 drives with a card. I have a m.2 and that is great. do backups because of windows up date. They do not works.

What about Pci-e risers , is it work for this MOBO? And how many GPU can support biostar racing Z170GT7 ?

Have used pci risers with no problem. Can support 7 cards using Pci Express slots and PCI risers. Personally, have had 4 PCI express cards running at same time at 100% usage.

How is this board for overclocking ?

I have a lot of them but I use them for mining coins. They can run 24/7/365 with high power draw. As for oc for gaming I have not tested them at all.

Do i need to update bios version to use kabylake? If so, how can i check my bios version? Should I enter BIOS settings to check my bios version? or is there a way to check it out?

Yes you will need to update the bios to use kaby lake on this z170 board. You can check the bios upon boot or from biostar software. That being said good luck this brand is pretty crap

I think so. be careful. Check to see if there is one.

Is white included in the RGB color scheme?

I'm fairly sure it is if you set the brightness up to max with the LED software. Their website has a simulation of colors for the board as well and white is included.

No, works as expected on my system.

It's just branding. It's no different than any other similarly equipped Z170 motherboard without dual Nvidia graphics support. It's one really unique feature is the 256 color LED selection and good price point.
