5 out of 5 eggsWonderful board

Pros: This board is a fantastic choice for people who want to do APU computer setups. it has 2400 MHz RAM DIMM slots so you can ramp up the speed of an APU, it comes with USB 3.0 so you'll have great transfer speeds, the board is pretty nice and sturdy, PCI-E 16x 3.0 is a nice touch. Drivers were extremely easy to install and it came with Google Chrome, so no need to fish around for it on Internet Explorer. Hats off to the boys and girls over at ASRock, I really like this board a lot.

Cons: CPU Heatsink mounts are bolted in with plastic studs, slightly concerning.

Other Thoughts: The Motherboard comes with a foam mat underneath to keep the components from breaking during shipping, it's tucked neatly away in an anti-static bag and it comes with a manual, driver disk, and 2 SATA data cables, one of which has an angled tip.

Everything about this board has my thumbs up, and for the price you can't go wrong here.

5 out of 5 eggsPLEX Server

Pros: I am currently using this board with my Server to run my PLEX software. This board is great. Small form factor while also offering 6 SATAs. It works nice and fast with no problems. I paired with this a SSD and 4 4TB drives and no problems yet. This machine is on 24/7

Cons: None yet

5 out of 5 eggsSolid board so far

Pros: Good price. Raid. Has been rock solid stable.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: Running this with a 65w quad core A8-6500. Everything has worked flawlessly so far. Raid works well and getting great transfer speeds from the ssds. Absolutely no mem issues for myself that I've seen in other reviews (using G.Skill Ripjaws RAM).

5 out of 5 eggsno problems, awesome for plex

Pros: I'm currently using this to host my Plex server and it works awesome. I upgraded using this motherboard and a a10 processor because before I was using a Pentium 4. Ever since I switched the system transcoding is so much faster. Also a big plus to the board is all the sata of ports.I have 4 hard drives working with no problem each 4tb. If you're looking for a nice simple server board to be used for storage or to be used to host a Plex type server this is the board for you..

Cons: you need to use sff ram. not a huge deal but I didn't know that till after I ordered my ram. not the end of the world.

1 out of 5 eggsFAILED!!

Pros: Was "ok" while it worked.

Cons: It had issues with any memory I put in it, Just completely unstable, and a hassle to get started.
Then just out of nowhere, dead, not even power or a hint of life.

Other Thoughts: I am hoping this didn't take out my apu or anything else in the death!

4 out of 5 eggsNot Bad

Pros: ITX board
Inexpensive
works as advertised

Cons: only includes 2 SATA cables, 1 of which has a right angle end and the other is a straight end, for my use- the right angle ended cable is pretty much worthless

Other Thoughts: Installed and setup without issue, works as intended- just wish they wouldn't be so skimpy on the SATA cables. I'd buy it again.

The rear IO shield is a little on the cheap side, and i needed to take a pair of tin-snips to it to get the HDMI output lined up right so as not to block the plug.

Everything else was flawless. The combination of skimping on the SATA cables and a cheap rear IO shield lost it an egg, but don't let that dissuade you- it's a good board at a good price.

1 out of 5 eggsBoard DOA

Pros: We'll see when I get the new board.

Cons: DOA. Transferred 3TB of data to get this board in a new build. Power it on and nothing. First time trying this brand and I have a DOA board. Should have stayed with AS**.
