5 out of 5 eggsGood card.

Pros: Easy to install, not too large, works well.

Cons: None so far, other than it's not an R9.

Other Thoughts: I'll likely upgrade to an R9 soon for more intensive gaming, but I'm running Civ V on almost max settings on my TV (resolution set at 1920 x ?) at 29 fps, and it looks fairly smooth. It takes it a couple of seconds to render territory when I view it the first time after loading a save, but this isn't a high-end card. It performs better than I expected honestly.

5 out of 5 eggsGREAT CARD

Pros: Easy setup. Raised my WEI graphics score from 6.9 to 7.2 I am using this card with a A10-7850 apu and dual graphics ocd to 4.2 , 16gb 1866 ram.

Cons: Came with an invalid game offer.

Other Thoughts: I did not buy this card for the free game. It would have been a nice bonus. The card itself is a great value by itself so I guess I am satisfied. I recommend this card.

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect on a budget

Pros: Runs everything even current gen games at decent quality.
Been playing most games in 1920x1080 with 40+ fps some even run at 60+
Great value for what you get

Cons: Doesn't do well with particle effects, at least not high density ones.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks great

Pros: Runs great, doesn't take external power
Worked right out of the box
Disc came with an older driver version that worked and was easily updated through the amd webpage
Runs very quietly

Cons: None so far

Other Thoughts: Very pleased with my order, as I needed a card that would support DirectX11. So far it runs great. Not going to be used for high-intensity gaming - just TF2, Tropico, etc.

1 out of 5 eggsP O 'd

Pros: Looks nice

Cons: Run CD and it immediately says Vista not supported. Think to myself that they must have the drivers online (which they say they do) and download them. Run it, drivers install, reboot and nothing. Get a code 10 in device manager. I have tried everything I know to do (new power supply, cables, clean installation, motherboard settings etc...) and no progress. Contact gigabyte support in the only possible way which is creating a login on their website and submitting a ticket. A full two days later I get a message back that Vista and before isn't compatible. Well hell. I wish this would have been in the description for the product somewhere. This was for a customer of mine so I don't personally have a practical use for it. If I were to send it back I end up paying shipping and a restock fee.

Other Thoughts: To hell with Gigabyte. You know, Windows XP I would understand but in a CURRENTLY SUPPORTED OPERATING SYSTEM, if it isn't compatible a heads up would be nice. Have wasted hours of my time and about a hundred bucks.

4 out of 5 eggs2gb GDDR5 for a few dollars more!

Pros: Nice huge fan keeps this thing ice cold even under load. Has 2gigs of GDDR5 ram instead of GDDR3 which means more breathing room! Fits in the motherboard nice and snug and doesn't feel loose at all. Has DirectX 11.2 so its ready for the rest of the year!

Couldn't beat the price for the GDDR5 board which has 2gigs, Great combo board with the AMD A10 7850k APU if you want to run dual graphics.

Cons: The only complaint I have is the Guru OC tool for this board makes windows 7 boot really long not sure why but I removed it for now.

Other Thoughts: Ok, now the 2gb GDDR5 is the board you want its faster and breaths better I know so let me put it in to perspective, it runs Batman Arkham City on "extreme" settings at 1360x768 at 37fps with the AMD A10 7850k x4 BE Apu and Asus A88x Pro board, the only little bit of lag i had was when bruce wayne walked into the court yard of the prison with at the begining of the game due to all the mobs but it was a brief moment.

4 out of 5 eggsworks for me

Pros: 2gb gddr5 memory>directx 11.2>ati
low power no 6pin cable req

Cons: Only runs @x8 instead of 16 meaning less bandwidth

Other Thoughts: Im not a gamer so the fact that the card only runs at half the bandwidth does not affect me at all

5 out of 5 eggsGreat partner for an A10-7850K Kaveri APU

Pros: Easy install, Drivers from AMD website are better than the ones on disk so do it that way instead. ( make SURE YOU GO WITH 14.3 BETA DRIVER FOR THE CROSSFIRE CAPABILITY)

Runs very cool and quiet (good for my moms piece of mind she hates noise)

Has all three current modern monitor hookups ( D-sub, DVI, and HDMI)

Doesn't required a power cable ( thus reducing cable clutter)

Cons: Crossfiring this isn't easy. You would think they would make a driver that would crossfire for us but do they oh no that would make sense.

doesn't run the highest settings in the highest end games but to a little old lady and a half blind old fighter pilot the graphics looks great!!!!!

Other Thoughts: Okay here goes the meat and potatoes of my review....ready for some reading.....go get a drink....go ahead I can wait..........................................okay, to crossfire this you need to NOT install the card first. Plug into the integrated graphics of the APU(AMD)/ CPU(INTEL) and go to bios do this by hitting the power button on your computer and pressing the delete key until you get a screen with all your systems information on it. Now, what your looking for is the integrated graphics controller.....find it? it should be listed under either integrated graphics or video output. Click on it to open it and then find the integrated graphics and turn them off. Relax......the screen will go dark after you reboot.....wait for your system to sound like its done powering up and then press and hold the power button for 5 should shut down your system. NOW install your R7 250. Plug in the monitor cable to the right connector of your choosing. And power up your system. tone of tow things is going to happen here. it will boot up with normal start up or ask you if you want to start windows normally....if it does the later press normal start up. once your logged in and done booting up go to your browser and open the AMD website....AMD.COM go to support and drivers and follow the path of GPU Drivers....then your selection of operating system.....then scroll down to 14.3 BETA DRIVERS. Relax it is a beta but is used to crossfire your APU this graphics card. download the driver and install it. once installed reboot your system.
Once rebooted your going to see in the bottom right corner a funky little icon that looks like an atom. Click it and welcome to Catalyst driver for your system video needs!!!
Now the fun stuff.....under performance tab you'll find APU/GPU integration. CLICK IT!!!!!!!! I mean really you've come this far already....CLICK THE SILLY THING!!!!
look for a picture of the APU and graphics card coming together as one arrow and click apply. Now reboot......

now go check your frame rates after reboot......and oh yeah.....have fun fragging the bad guys whoever that might be!!!!!!!

4 out of 5 eggsVery good quality

Pros: -Great medium-level level GPU
-Great price
-Great OCing
-Will run all your non-extremely graphical intensive games without a sweat.

Cons: -Slightly noisy

Other Thoughts: If your looking for a step up from your old/slow performance graphics card, this is the one to get. It will serve you well until you get a higher end graphic card.
If your not planning on getting a higher end graphic card, This should be your no. 1 choice.

5 out of 5 eggsOutstanding Card For the Money!

Pros: Great brand
Great Price
It's Not Nvidia

Cons: It wasn't Free
It can't ride on the back of my 2014 ZX6R(636)
It doesn't prepare meals for me.

The ONLY issue I'm having is that sometimes if I tab out of WoW for a extended period of time, and tab back in, sound is gone and I have to close, and restart the game for sound to come back. I don't recall this happening with the APU graphics, but I can't really narrow it down to the card so I'm not removing any eggs. It could be a glitch within WoW itself because Blizzard is known for breaking stuff when fixing other things.

Other Thoughts: I recently build a low end computer for my new business I'm in the process of opening. I didn't expect to do any gaming on it but I said " meh, why not! " Nothing too special.

Mobo = MSI FM2-A75MA-E35 ( SATA III )
CPU = AMD A4-5300 3.4Ghz
RAM =Kingston HyperX 8GB PC3-12800

Samsung 840 EVO 128GB SSD ( For OS, Drivers, Some Apps )

Western Digital Black 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA III which is for most applications, music, pictures, videos, movies, and games. I have SOME applications on the SSD such as Open Office, Firefox, and other stuff that I want to be fast, but everything else goes on the storage drive.

Now, I recently got back into WoW, and the integrated graphics on the APU ( CPU ) granted me 40-45 FPS in Orgrimmar, 50-60FPS in the outside world, and 20-25 FPS in heavy combat with a bunch of people. Now, all the other FPS is decent, but in combat FPS was a little low for my taste, so I started looking into low end gaming cards or perhaps this would even fall into mid range.

I received the card within 2 days with 3-day shipping. I downloaded the drivers for the card via the website, and not from the CD as usually the drivers that come on the disc are outdated so always get the latest updated drivers via the website. I shut her down, opened her up, popped the card right in-in seconds. Closed her all back up, turned her back on, everything was big and nasty. I installed the drivers, rebooted, and BOOM. Everything looked normal again.

I loaded WoW, and now I get 50-70 FPS in Orgrimmar, 100+ in the outside world, and 40-45 in combat which is honestly perfect. I was also able to test it wit a few steam games, and definitely noticed better gameplay. Most games automatically set themselves to the highest settings with this card installed.

Even though I didn't plan to game on this built, I got the card anyway because a good every now and then is fun, and I didn't want a $300 graphic card as that's overkill IMO.

Overall, for $100, this card is GREAT. I'm actually extremely happy with this card. I definitely recommend this card if you're like me, and don't really need anything too crazy. I also wanted a card that didn't require any extra power from the PSU as my PSU only has a 24+4 as i got a very basic PSU.
