Very Loud
- Pros: Card is decent with playing blu-ray movies and mild gameplay. Runs games like Wow just fine, anything more graphic intensive struggles.
- Cons: LOUD! I'm not sure if it got worse over time or what, but I've only had this card for around 6 months and the noise is absolutely unbearable. Wish I would have checked the reviews before I purchased!
Been using ATI for years...............
- Pros: Good video card. Fast, runs cool, great with blu-ray. use updated drivers to get the best out of it
- Cons: My Dell Precision 390 had some compatibility issues with it. Everytime I reboot the pc, the setting goes out of wack. Sometimes I get a black screen and dont get any display till i put it on sleep mode and wake it back up.
- Other Thoughts: I've been using ATI for a while now, this is the first time I had a headache with it. I have replaced it with an Nvidia chipset based video card.
Good price and speed
- Pros: installed good. looks aswome and runs on only 300 watts of juice. it has on average doubled my framerate compared to my onboard graphics with 256mb of shared memory. It even came overclockd from the factory from 725mhz to 800mhz
- Cons: the first one i got was defective, the first one looked different to instead of the picture of the girl and the big copper looking heatsink it had a monster and the heatsink was covered by the plastic and i had to pay to ship it back to newegg for a new one otherwise it would of been a 5 star
- Other Thoughts: I upgraded from onboard nvidia graphics to this on ym gateway dx4800-05e, this plays need for speed undercover at about 30fps on max resolution and quality etc and at medium it plays at 50-60, and i am running it with the stock 300watt psu
