  • newegg Kepler GPU Architecture NVIDIA's Kepler GPU architecture has been designed from the ground up not just for maximum performance in the latest DirectX 11 games, but optimal performance per watt. The new SMX streaming multiprocessor is twice as efficient as the prior generation and the new geometry engine draws triangles twice as fast. The result is world class performance and the highest image quality in an elegant and power efficient graphics card.
  • newegg NVIDIA GPU Boost Up until now, GPUs have operated at a fixed clock speed when playing 3D games, even if they have the potential to run faster. GPU Boost intelligently monitors graphics work load and increases the clock speed whenever possible. The result is that the GPU always performs at its peak and you get the highest framerate possible.
  • newegg NVIDIA Adaptive Vertical Sync Nothing is more distracting than framerate stuttering and screen tearing. The first tends to occur when framerates are low, the second when framerates are high. Adaptive V-Sync is a smarter way to render frames. At high framerates, V-sync is enabled to eliminate tearing, at low frame rates, it's disabled to minimize stuttering. It gets rid of distractions so you can get on with gaming.
  • newegg NVIDIA Surround with Up To Four Monitors Nothing is as breathtaking as playing your favorite games across three monitors. At 5760 x 1080, the expanded field of view fully engages human peripheral vision and provides for the most immersive experience in racing and flight simulators. Add in a fourth display to keep tabs on chat, email or web while you are gaming.
  • newegg TXAA AntiAliasing Antialiasing helps to smooth out jagged lines in games. Existing techniques like MSAA are effective at removing jagged lines in still images but struggle with crawling and shimmering artifacts when the player is in motion. TXAA is a new antialiasing mode that combines MSAA, temporal filtering, and post processing for the highest edge quality and minimal shimmering during gameplay.
  • newegg NVIDIA 3D Vision Ready NVIDIA 3D Vision brings a fully immersive, stereoscopic 3D experience to the PC. A combination of high-tech wireless glasses and advanced software, 3D Vision transforms hundreds of PC games into full stereoscopic 3D. Get up to 2x monitor and keyboard brightness with NVIDIA 3D LightBoost technology. In addition, you can enjoy 3D movies and 3D digital photographs from in eye popping, crystal-clear quality.

1 out of 5 eggsCard died a little over 2 years old but PNY will not repair

Pros: None

Cons: Bad from the start but didn't know it until I started getting blue dots, yellow, white, and black boxes on the screen. PNY requires you to register the card on their website in order to get a limited lifetime warranty. I did not realize this so nothing but a $300 paper weight. Will purchase PNY in the future if they remove the need to register the video card in order to get a warranty on it. Tried registering about a year and a half after owning it but they put a limit on the time you can register the video card. Anti-consumer policy!

Other Thoughts: I built a new computer as a spare for when friends came over to game on. Computer build was never stable. A lot of troubleshooting over the years. Thought it was a RAM issue even though the RAM never failed any tests I ran on it. It gamed find most of the time but would would blue screen now and then or the game would crash. This was a spare so I never used it much. No longer a fan of PNY after the very delayed RMA response from tech support and the need to register the video card in order to get support on the card beyond one year. EVGA makes it easy, buy their video card and the warranty is lifetime, no reason to register unless you need help! Will buy EVGA from now on!

4 out of 5 eggsnot bad at all

Pros: This was an item that i choose to put into a computer i started building around black friday 2012. It has had no problems in running anything I throw at it, that being said I have not tried any "hardcore" games yet. It was an easy install and went right to work. It comes with a disk that has more then just Drivers for the benefit of you.

Cons: So I have one complain and only one! When I first put this whole thing together 3 months ago it was whisper soft when idle, within a few steps I stopped hearing it all together. Now the fan has gotten louder, not to an "unbearable" level but when I build this my goal was power and to be a ghost when not in use. It lowers the noise if I put pressure on the flip side of the card and becomes quite again until i release.

Other Thoughts: I dont know if it was just mine or not for the fan so I would still recommend this to anyone looking to build a solid gaming computer, and if the rest of your computer produces any amount of noise then it will not effect you so go for it.

5 out of 5 eggsBeast Card!!

Pros: What a beast this video card is! Runs a bit hot but that may be due to the fact that I got it sitting in a mid-ATX case. Once I get my full ATX, it should run slightly cooler due to proper airflow. Stock fan is adequate. The card runs fairly silent; just a low current case fans are louder than this card!

Been playing Skyrim with official HD texture packs and over 50+ mods and ENB filters flawlessly. Runs like butter! 1980x1080 resolution, Ultra High, Ultra Shadows etc. No complaints.

Far Cry 3, Assassin's Creed 3, Dead Space 2, Guild Wars 2, Doom 3 BFG; all running like butter on Ultra and Shadows maxed.

Coming from a PNY 550 Ti, I am very impressed at the performance gain and notable difference in FPS in my games. PNY has never done me wrong. They make great products and I am a repeat customer.

The bonus 18ft HDMI cable was nice as well (although you essentially are paying for it but at least is 18 feet and a good quality cable!)

Got my copy of Assassins Creed 3 as well! Activation and serial worked fine for me so I don't know why everyone else is having problems!

Cons: Could be a bit cheaper , lol?

Runs a bit hot but as I noted but that may be due to my current mid-ATX setup.

Didn't come with a hot bikini babe?

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Card

Pros: Great performance overall, no complaints in that department.

Cons: Noise! The fan on this sucker is pretty loud compared to my previous EVGA 570, a bit noisy and annoying sometimes.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Works great running new games at 2560x1440 on high settings
Solid build quality
Cooling seems effective

Cons: I can hear the fan sometimes, but to be fair it currently sits next to me in an open case in a build that is otherwise silent. I'd rather hear the fan and be effectively cooled than vice versa so no eggs docked.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Deal, Good Card, OK Design.

Pros: Card works well, runs quiet, and so far not too hot. It was a great deal for the price, and is a good upgrade from my old GTX260-C216.

Cons: Lightweight, feels cheap, flexes easily. You can tell they saved you a lot of cost by cutting corners on materials and construction.

Other Thoughts: If it works, it works. I just hope it lasts, since it didn't strike me as overly durable. If you're concerned about construction quality or want to do a lot of overclocking on it, I recommend seeking another card, or going full aftermarket on brackets and cooling.

I will update this review later if my impressions of the card change after breaking it in.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Video Card

Pros: Amazing Video Card. Definitely don't need to upgrade for a long time. Runs cool and can't really hear it. Doesn't require to much power so my 550w power supply supported it perfectly.

Cons: No cons this video card is amazing.

Other Thoughts: Long live Nvidia

5 out of 5 eggsGood performing graphics card

Pros: * Runs modern games smooth at great quality
* Reasonable price
* Included long HDMI cable

Cons: * Cooling fan is not as quiet as I would like. It's not overly loud - for most people I think it would be just fine. But I try to make a system that's as close to silent as I can get, and this is the more noticeable fan in it.
* nVidia's tech demo for this generation of cards ("A New Dawn") is watchable, but doesn't run very smooth.
