Featuring the legacy PCI interface, the SPARKLE GeForce 210 PCI Graphics Card is designed for your decades-old computer, or can be used as a secondary graphics card on PCI-equipped platforms. It supports DirectX 10.1 and features an array of NVIDIA technologies, delivering boosted experience in your everyday tasks, such as movie and photo editing, web surfing, and casual games. The passive cooling solution makes it a great for situations where silence matters. Multiple output connectors, including VGA, DVI, and HDM,I mean compatibility with almost all the monitors on the market.
Not quite ready for prime time
Pros: PCI card with a somewhat modern GPU that's actually available.
Cons: Worked sometimes, but horribly. Between BSODs, it would show the screen with tons of artifacts, garbled graphics, or sometimes just nothing at all.
Other Thoughts: Not for lack of trying, initially bought to use side-by-side with a PCIe G210 so I could add a third monitor on my 6 core AMD machine. I pulled the card and tried on another motherboard (intel, fresh win7 install) and the card exhibited the same issues, when I actually got it to run. Downloaded newest drivers from nVidia. For now, I'm just gonna try my luck with using the PCIe G210 and the IGP side by side.
