5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Very stable. Loaded Vista with no glitchs. Runs very cool.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I did not have any of the problems people say with Vista. I think due to the dual core and this processor. Pick your MB and Mem to match and you will have no problems.

5 out of 5 eggsFantastic!

Pros: Windsor F3 stepping. Runs super cool. Excellent overclocker!

Cons: Fan that came with the stock heat appears to have a messed up bearing thus generating allot of noise.

Other Thoughts: Call of Juarez free! It almost feels like one did not pay for the CPU! What a steal!

5 out of 5 eggsBang for the bucks? What bucks?

Pros: Only F3 stepping Windsor with 2x512KB L2 cache. F3 Windsors are the best performing AM2 stepping to date, IMO. Default vCore is 1.18V and runs extremely cool. Oh and tell me about overclocking. I'm running this CPU on an mATX board (BIOSTAR 7050) @3.0GHz with just 1.312V. Simply amazing.

Cons: Nada

Other Thoughts: Got this CPU with Call of Juarez game bundle for mere $65. Feel like I almost got this CPU for free. Haha.

5 out of 5 eggsCool CPU

Pros: This CPU runs very cool at stock settings. Its runs average 22C idle and 35C under load using stock HSF.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: Bought this to use with my recent purchase of a BioStar TF560 A2+. Hoping I can get to to overclock to 3ghz like the reviews I've seen with stock HSF.

5 out of 5 eggsFast and high quality for cheap

Pros: I am a long time AMD fan because they make good quality fast CPU's for cheap. They never failed me and always surprise me how much I get for my dollar. What you get here is fast high quality dual processor that can handle any new game, program or high definition video. Why pay more for Intel when this one can handle anything for a lot cheaper price.

Cons: None.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: After encountering problems with an Intel Duo-Core temperature, I decided to try the new AM2 socket with some PC800 memory, and the testbench scores proved as pleasant as the lowered temperature--AMD has a winner! For the money, the 64X2s are as good in their price range as is possible, and the introduction of DDR memory to the platform offers many more choices. I waited for that option before I chose AMD again, and the results speak for themselves!

Cons: Currently the price for higher CPU clock speed and bigger L2 cache is beyond my means, but its only time until the next generation proc will make me regret not waiting!

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Runs very cool and silent when setting the cpu fan to an automatic setting. Excellent price for a dual core cpu.

Cons: L2 cache not as large as comparable core 2 cpus.

5 out of 5 eggsMassive Overclock

Pros: Cheap, with default voltage and stock HSF I overclock this baby to 3100 x 10 (310fsb)!!! Thats some bang for buck. Used BIOSTAR TA690G AM2 motherboard.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Make sure to have good motherboard that can do high FSB.

5 out of 5 eggsBangin' for the Bucks

Pros: Very cheap, this is half of what I paid. Only overclocked it to 2.15, but I haven't tried. Idles at 24 ambient about 20. Stock cooling + 80mm in back. Load will get to 40.

Cons: Doesn't dance for me.

Other Thoughts: This is the most efficient processor you can buy. Easy on the watts and the wallet while being fast and overclockable.
