easily at 3.2Ghz
- Pros: I have this thing running at 3.2Ghz all day long at 1.325 voltage, since my new bios update i cannot go higher anymore.
- Cons: it wasnt free?????
- Other Thoughts: Biostar a770 a2+ mobo with Zalman 9500 cooler inside Antec 900 case. 4 GB mushkin 4-5-4-11, ATI Radeon HD 3870. Got my 3dmark score at a high of 14,578(this was with a dedicated cpu/gpu power supply and CPU overclocked to 3.5Ghz) Avg. score is 11,974 @3.2Ghz and video card maxed out !!!!!! Riva Tuner rocks!!!!!
Great price for performance!
- Pros: Runs very cools and fast, extremely simple to overclock to 3.0GHz on stock voltage, and inexpensive.
- Cons: None.
- Other Thoughts: Gets the job done.
great overclocker
- Pros: Great overclocker, I can get to 3.0Ghz without adjusting the voltage one bit.
- Cons: At the time of this review it may not be the best bang for the buck anymore, it might be work looking into something a bit newer.
- Other Thoughts: Make sure you get a motherboard that supports changing the multiplier, without that this proc. is useless compared to it's locked counterpart.
