Ahtlon 4200
- Pros: Very fast CPU for it's price. Thank you again newegg.
- Cons: None at this time, but i'm pretty sure, there won't be anything wrong with it. it's a tough CPU. My other Athlon 84 X2, i bent all the pins and i had to push some of them back to make them straight and i couldn't get the other pins to bend straight so i had to put the cpu in a curve then push it into the socket. and what do you know, CPU still works fine and powerful.
- Other Thoughts: Although people say AMD isn't as strong as Intel but what i do know is that, AMD is affordable and reliable. That is all that matters to me.
Awesome
- Pros: I got this and ran it for a few days. Much faster than my 939 sempron 3500+ at 1.9ghz. I then oced it to 3.02 on air, stock cooling. Ran at 43c while playing newer games (halo 2 and such) which I thought was wrong. I checked on every program i could find. Same results on all.
- Cons: None! Love it!
- Other Thoughts: Btw, my case only has 2 fans, CPU and one 120m on the rear. I must have been really been lucky having this so cool at 3.02ghz...
- Pros: good cpu. Good price.
- Cons: none
- Other Thoughts: i have no problem playing my music and W.O.W.
