Excellant CPU
- Pros: This is a very cheap CPU for the performance that you receive. It's excellant for general computing; if you are the type of person who plays games, listens to music, encodes video-music in the background, and run a virtual machine all at the same time then the quads are definitly for you,but if you only do 2-3 of the above than this cpu will fit your need nicely.
- Cons: Not as fast as AMD's-Intel's newest silicone.
Great CPU
- Pros: Very stable with CPU temperature generally holding at 36 C with stock HS and fan and cool & quiet. Using GIGABYTE GA-MA78GM-US2H AM2+/AM2 780G HDMI Motherboard. Temp ran up to 50C using prime95 stressor. With DDR2-800, I have been able to OC to 24.1GHz by raising cpu frequency to 230 with bios tweaker. Performance/cost ratio very high.

Another Great AMD CPU
- Pros: Very stable with CPU temperature generally holding at 32 C.
What a difference this processor makes when playing 3-D games. CPU is quiet & running cool even with use of the stock heat sink/fan that came with it. Works well with the GIGABYTE GA-MA78GM-US2H AM2+/AM2 AMD 780G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard it's being used on.
- Cons: Found 3 pins to be slightly bent on the CPU but was able to straighten them out using a pair of tweezers & had no problem mounting it onto the MOBO.
