5 out of 5 eggsMight have bought the last one ... glad I did

Pros: Got to my house on 7/13 and got it under a CM Gemini and a AsRock Extreme3 870 motherboard. Unlocked successfully and OCed to the motherboards limit -- 285FSB -- for 3.7Ghz with only 1.392v.

Cons: not in stock anymore. at $30 shipped for a 50+% chance of having a dual core was a steal.

Other Thoughts: neener neener

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Budget Processor

Pros: Using this in an Ubuntu Server setup. Runs fast and cool. I am using an extra Phenom II stock cooler, and this CPU hasn't gone over 23 Degrees since I first put the server online. For a cheap processor, I couldn't be happier.

Cons: No problems as of yet. For a single core, clocked at 2.6Ghz, I got exactly what I expected. If it decides to fail me, I will update this section.

Other Thoughts: Great budget CPU for a budget/low power server build. Couldn't be happier.

5 out of 5 eggsBetter than expected

Pros: If you're putting together headless linux processing stations, or building a computer for a child, this processor's all you need. This is a very peppy single core processor, linux runs quite fast with it.

Cons: None. The power consumption is considerably lower than multi-core machines, making it even better for leaving running constantly.

5 out of 5 eggsNice CPU

Pros: Every since I bought my first AMD ive been hooked.Bought this on a budget with hopes of unlocking the second core.Worked first try on my asus motherboard, now I have a dual core for the price of a single core.Overclocked to 2.86 for now and will probably go higher.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: Im not a gamer just a everyday PC user, things like the web, watching movies, listening to music, buring dvds, just lite duty stuff. This cpu was more then I needed and am very happy so far.I remember my first PC had a 800mhz. processor,so theres no way I can complain now.

4 out of 5 eggsOK

Pros: so i got this thing because i needed it already had a heatsink so i got this instead of the 145 which has the heatsink included this performs extremely well i got a 6.7 WEI rating and i notice no difference between this and my phenom ii 3.6ghz IF YOU ARE HESITATING CAUSE YOU DONT KNOW IF IT WILL AFFECT SYSTEM PERFORMANCE SUCH AS LOADING TIMES OR VIDEO PLAYBACK BUY IT CAUSE IT WILL NOT NOTICE A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THIS AND A HIGH END CPU

Cons: You really should get the 145 since the heatsink is included and it is clocked higher

Other Thoughts: TECHTHISBUFFALO i have a video on youtube

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome Deal

Pros: Great price for a AM3 chip. Using in a new Microsoft server 2011. Unlocked second core to a 4300e 2.6ghz

Cons: At this price, nothing.

Other Thoughts: Built a cheap server box to stream and backup other PC's in the house. Working great so far.

1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Cheap

Cons: Dead on arrival. Didn't know it until after I replaced the motherboard. The return costs make buying this
product prohibitive. This CPU actually had someone's hair entwined within the seat.

5 out of 5 eggsCant believe I'm saying this

Pros: Unbelievable Price, performance

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: asked my tech guys to build me a basic box for my secretary. I didnt mean THIS basic. But the dang thing works great on Win 7. She likes to keep multiple windows open at the same time, but this processor handles everything she throws at it very well. I'm amazed.

5 out of 5 eggsDrop and Go

Pros: Decent little workhorse for simple tasks. Dropped this onto a Biostar N68S3+ and away we go. Quickly needed a cheap CPU and MB to replace a similar low-end combo that failed and needed RMAed.

Cons: I think they could have thrown in a HSF for the price paid. Not taking away any points as I knew this going in. Salvaged HSF and memory from old combo, oh well.

Other Thoughts: The little clamshell box was taped shut and rolled up in bubble wrap that was taped as well. Ultra-secure packaging, no bent pins, looks brand spanking new.

These AM3 Sempron processors are smooth running.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing

Pros: - Low power consumption
- Great performance

Cons: None!

Other Thoughts: Couldn't be happier!

Runs between 35-40C with a stock AMD HSF, inside a LianLi Q25B case, running unRAID server.
