Does this product come with Thermal Grease already applied to the Heatsink?

More of a wax than a grease, but yes it comes pre-applied. There is a plastic cover that accompanies the heatsink so that no foreign debris gets caught in the thermal compound.

may i know is it 100 degree Celsius for A10 6790K is normal?cuz whenever i play dota2, the temperature goes to 100 degree Celsius and i am worrying about this...should i add more fan ?

No it should not be 100 degrees.  check your fanspeed on your cpu when it is running.    and the dissapation level on your fan should be more than 100 watts at least.     it could also mean you have poor airflow in your case.     the max reccomended for the a10-6790.   ius 74 degrees.  
mine runs at 76c  when I'm heavily utilizing it.

your cpu will still run at 100c,  but it will shorten the life of it and maybe damage it.  
I'm using the stock fan and it is almost adequate,  but if you're using the stock fan. I'd switch to .

a coolmaster heatsink with 4 heatpipes and 1-2 fans

one I found on newegg is  rated at 180w for TDP.  more than enough.

watercooling might be overkill.  but it would drop the temp an extra 20 degrees.

will this work in laptop?

Nope sorry.  Its a desktop CPU.  There is a line of AMD CPUs that work for laptops. But then you have to find a laptop with a compatible CPU slot. Upgrading to a faster CPU usually means upgrading the laptop mobo as well so its usually cheaper to upgrade to a new laptop.  Upgrading a CPUs laptop u need some skills there's delicatevribbon connector and you have to take keyboard off and flip motherboard to access the CPU usually.

I just got this CPU, I am not really thinking on OC it but I've heard the fan doesn't get the job done. Should i get a different CPU fan?

The default fan that comes in here is not of good quality, invest in a separate cooling solution if you think you'll overclock. Even if you don't plan on OC, if you do heavy load often, the default fan might not be enough to cool this.

is it posible to put this on a gateway laptop? i have a AMD dual-core e1-2500 (1.40ghz) and i want to replace it with this so i can play Sonic Generations and other games thats having trouble of catching up in the game. the laptop that i have is NE722 series gateway laptop

To be concise, no. This processor is a different socket type than the one currently on your board. You would need to find a socket FT3 processor in order to replace the one in your laptop currently. I'm not too familiar with what you're trying to do but theoretically speaking, you should be able to replace the processor without issue, however, you need to also consider power consumption of the new processor and also heat as well. You may run into overheating issues by putting a more powerful processor in your laptop as the heatsink may not be able to dissipate the excess heat generated fast enough. Power may also be an issue, and at the least, will effect battery life. This is also not an easy project and will require extensive "surgery" on the laptop.

Will this work in a HP Pavilion TouchSmart 23-f217c as a replacement for the AMD A8-5500 Trinity it came with?

I would think even if you replaced it, the difference between the two are too severe.  The A10-6790k / 6800k run fairly hot and probably at a higher voltage than the A8-5500.  I would not replace your 5500 with the 6790k.  You would not get the overclocking potential out of it since the TouchSmart is a compact computer.  Also, the TouchSmart might not have the heat dissipating potential that you need to run this machine with a 6790k.

I understand that this APU is only capable with ram with up to 1866 mhz speed but what would happen if i installed 8 gb (2X4) 2133 ram?

I am running fine with G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2133 Ram.  I don't think you will have an issue.  I thought when I did my research I saw that this processor supports this config.

My question is about the performance of the processor and  HD8670D. Will I find the combo able to handle a flight simulator game? And, if I find it inadequate, how difficult is it for a relatively low experience person to reconfigure the system and install a separate video card?

Well, think of this HD8670D as a low end graphics card.  Depending on the resolution you play the game at, as well as visual bells and whistles, you most likely can run it.  Don't expect bleeding edge graphic capabilities.   With regards to running a discrete card, their is the option  for hybrid crossfire if you match the HD 8670D with a compatible card. That can all simply be handled in the AMD driver software Control Center.

Overall make sure to match this chip to the fastest ram you can afford.  Their are significant benefits.

Will it power on...? More than likely. Will it be stable...? More than likely. Will you be able to overclock it? A little, but not very much if you want to keep it stable. According to the manufacturer's web site it is not on the supported Processors list. If you are going to go with an A10 chip, you will want to get a motherboard with a better chip set that has better support for the processor. If you want this motherboard, you will probably want to downgrade the process to something more like an A4 or A6.
